Understanding the Process
Step 1: Completing Your Purchase After finalizing your purchase in the cart, you'll get an email confirming your order. A follow-up email will let you track your order's progress.
Step 2: Scheduled Pallet Deliveries We'll inform you via email about your pallet delivery's scheduled date once it's all set. If you need a specific delivery date, please inform our team in advance.
Step 3: Checking Your Order Before the delivery team departs, verify all items on your packing slip are present.
Should any items be missing, inform the delivery team immediately, note it on the packing slip, and reach out to Yaletown Floor customer service without delay.
