Ultrabond ECO 373 – Universal, Pressure-Sensitive Multi-Flooring Adhesive

Ultrabond ECO 373 is a high-performance, pressure-sensitive adhesive engineered for the installation of a wide range of resilient flooring. With its aggressive tack and extended working time, it ensures reliable, long-lasting bonds whether applied with a trowel or roller. It is also suitable for flash-coving applications using traditional installation methods.

Approved Uses

Ultrabond ECO 373 is designed for use with:

• Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) & luxury vinyl plank (LVP)

• Vinyl-enhanced and quartz tile

• Bio-based tile

• Fiberglass-reinforced and solid vinyl sheet flooring

• Rubber sheet, rubber tile, and reground rubber underlayment

• Cork underlayment

• Vinyl- and polyolefin-backed carpet tile

Limitations

• For interior use only.

• Not for substrates containing asbestos.

• Do not install over adhesive residues or in areas with hydrostatic moisture issues.

• Not recommended for LVT/LVP with dimensional stability issues, or areas with high heat/direct sunlight.

• Concrete moisture limits: ≤15 lbs./1,000 sq. ft./24 hrs (ASTM F1869) or ≤99% RH (ASTM F2170).

Application & Coverage

• Ready to use, no mixing required.

• Flash time: 15–30 minutes; working time up to 12 hours.

• Coverage (per 1 U.S. gallon):

  • Porous substrates: 125–185 sq. ft.

  • Nonporous substrates: 185–245 sq. ft.

  • Roller application (carpet tile & vinyl sheet): 250–350 sq. ft.

Safety Information
