Tarkett iQ Optima is built around one specific maintenance claim: the floor is designed to be restored by dry buffing rather than by stripping and re-sealing. For a facilities team running a large estate that changes the lifetime maintenance model — instead of a polish cycle, the surface is periodically brought back mechanically, removing both the chemical cost and the downtime of wet-floor treatments.

The 10-shade palette is deliberately neutral and specification-led: White Grey 0872, Grey White 0886, Light Beige Grey 0873, Beige Grey 0874, White Beige Grey 0245, Grey Beige 0897, Medium Grey 0853, Medium Cool Grey 0762, Sand 0822 and Dark Sand 0807. 2.0 mm homogeneous through-colour, supplied in 2 m wide rolls, with a 20-year limited warranty.
