Oak Castelao is Parador's XXL Trendtime 6 board in natural European oak, a full 3 m long and 300 mm wide, supplied untreated for sanding and finishing on site. The Rustikal grade brings large open knots, cracks and bold, flowing grain to every board, and the raw surface gives the installer full control over the final oil, lacquer or stain. Trendtime 6 is Parador's XXL board: a 19 mm (3/4") three-layer engineered oak with an approximately 3.5 mm solid oak wear layer, in a 3000 × 300 × 19 mm (118.11" × 11.81" × 0.75") plank for large open rooms and long sightlines. Installation is by full glue-down only, and the floor is suitable over underfloor heating. Formaldehyde is below 0.05 ppm and the floor carries the Blue Angel label.
