Nut Husk 1570: Mid-Brown With Grounded Weight
Nut Husk 1570 is a mid walnut-brown — warm, earthy and substantially deeper than Satinwood. It is the colour that gives a floor visual weight, which is useful in rooms with a lot of pale wall and ceiling area where a light floor would leave the space feeling untethered. Cafeterias, entrance halls, staff areas, community centres and retail interiors with a natural or heritage palette all sit comfortably on it.
Browns in this depth are also among the best-performing colours for concealing tracked-in soil, particularly in a climate with real winters. Wet footprints, road grit and mud all read within a tone or two of Nut Husk, so the floor stays presentable across a full day of traffic without constant intervention.
What Sits Under the Colour
Nut Husk is a 2.0mm homogeneous sheet, through-coloured with no printed decor layer. Scratches and gouges expose the same brown rather than a pale core, which is the core argument for homogeneous construction in any dark or saturated shade. The floor is rated EN ISO 10874 Class 34 heavy commercial and Class 43 light industrial, welds hot-air into a continuous impervious surface, and carries a factory-cured PUR polyurethane finish that requires no polish for the life of the installation. FloorScore Gold certified with 25% recycled content and full recyclability at end of life.
