Berlin is the Capital Collection at its most urbane — a lightly smoked White Oak that settles into a sophisticated warm grey, with calm grading keeping knots scarce so the tone reads clean and architectural. The brushed surface carries a natural oil finish rather than lacquer, giving a soft, matte depth that grows richer with use and can be refreshed by re-oiling.
The build is a substantial 15 mm with a 3.5 mm White Oak wear layer over a Pine/Spruce core — resandable twice and approved over radiant floor heating. The 7 3/8" × 89 3/16" boards lock with the Woodloc® 5S joint for floating installation, with full glue-down supported. Made in Sweden, 25-year US residential warranty.
