Harbinger is the brand our commercial customers keep coming back to. The planks are wide, up to 16 inches, the wear layers are commercial grade, and the warranties run to 20 years commercial. There is also an acoustic floating floor for condos and offices, and a rubber tile for gyms. This guide covers the four vinyl collections and where each one belongs.

All four use Harbinger's 4S surface treatment, which the brand specifies for durability, scuff resistance, stain resistance and scratch protection. Residential warranties are lifetime limited on most collections.
2. Signature Acoustic Click
This is the one to look at for condos, offices and any floor over occupied space. It is a 7.5 mm floating plank with a 1.5 mm pad bonded to the back, so it installs without separate underlay and cuts impact sound as part of the assembly. At 16" wide it also covers ground quickly, and a floating install means no adhesive fumes or cure time, which matters in occupied buildings.
For a strata or condo submission, ask us for the acoustic test sheet for the assembly rather than just the product name, and check the acoustic underlayment page if your board wants a higher rating.
3. Craftsman, The Quiet Zone and Contract Series
- Craftsman — a 3 mm heavy commercial glue-down plank, 16" wide with 35.56 sq ft per box. The wide format and big boxes make it efficient on large open floors.
- The Quiet Zone — 7.38" glue-down plank at 22 mil, a more conventional plank width for offices and clinics.
- Contract Series — 2 mm, 6" wide, 12 mil, and 48 sq ft per box, the value option for large-area contract work where budget per square foot drives the decision.
Glue-down floors handle rolling loads, chairs and carts far better than floating floors, and a single damaged plank can be lifted and replaced. They do need a flat, clean, dry subfloor, and the right adhesive: we stock UZIN KE 2000 S in 1 and 3 gallon sizes.
4. Dino Flex rubber
Dino Flex is Harbinger's rubber tile: 8 mm thick, 18.5" tiles, 9.5 sq ft per box. It is the floor for gyms, weight rooms, garages and anywhere that needs impact absorption and grip rather than a wood look. See more in rubber flooring.

Is Harbinger commercial grade?
Yes. All four vinyl collections carry a 20-year commercial warranty, and Craftsman and Contract are specified as heavy commercial glue-down floors.
How wide are the planks?

Does Harbinger come with underlay?
Signature Acoustic Click has a 1.5 mm pad attached. The glue-down collections do not, by design.
