Bjelin flooring is Swedish-engineered hardened-wood flooring, and Yaletown Floor carries 56 Bjelin floors in oak, ash and walnut hardened wood, plus Denali waterproof vinyl and Nadura tiles. Bjelin's Woodura surface is real wood processed into a powder and fused onto a wood-based core, which Bjelin says gives up to three times the surface strength of traditional engineered hardwood. The planks are 11.2 mm thick with a 0.6 mm hardened surface, finished matte and joined with the glue-free 5G Dry click system.
The Woodura range is built around two plank sizes, XL (8.11" wide) and XXL (10.66" wide), plus a half-size S plank and a herringbone block floor. We ship Bjelin across Canada and to the USA, and free samples are available on every colour.

Choose Bjelin when you want a hard-wearing wide plank that installs fast over concrete: condos, busy family rooms and rentals. The hardened surface resists dents and scratches better than a typical veneer floor, but at 0.6 mm it is built to last rather than to be sanded repeatedly. If refinishing for decades matters most, compare a thick wear-layer engineered hardwood.
