Cloudburst 1210: Pale, Airy and Quietly Blue
Cloudburst 1210 is the light end of Classic Mystique's blue family — a pale, overcast-sky tone that brightens a room the way a near-white would but with a cool blue cast that keeps it from feeling sterile. It is a natural choice for treatment rooms, dental surgeries, day-care spaces and any interior where the brief asks for bright and calm at the same time. Against white walls it reads almost as a soft neutral; against warm timber it comes forward and becomes distinctly blue.
Pale floors demand a finish that resists soiling, and the factory-cured PUR polyurethane surface on Cloudburst does exactly that. Dirt sits on the polyurethane rather than migrating into the vinyl, so routine cleaning is a neutral detergent and a damp mop — no polish, no strip-and-seal cycle, and none of the greyish build-up that ages a light floor prematurely.
Long-Term Colour Integrity
Cloudburst is homogeneous through its full 2.0mm gauge, so there is no printed layer to abrade and no risk of a darker substrate showing through at a doorway or under a chair leg. Light fastness is tested to ASTM F1515 and F1514, which matters more in a pale blue than in a mid-grey — a sunlit waiting room will not turn the floor patchy over the years. Seams are hot-air welded into a continuous impervious surface, and the sheet is rated EN ISO 10874 Class 34 heavy commercial and Class 43 light industrial.
