Oakel City East Collection – Essence 7-1/2″ (ABC Grade)

Essence is a European Oak engineered hardwood floor from Oakel City's East Collection, stocked at their Mississauga warehouse for Ontario projects. Its ABC grade mixes clean boards with natural knots and character.

Each board is 190 × 1900 mm, 3/4″ thick with a 3 mm real wood wear layer over a 3-ply core. Boards join with a tongue-and-groove profile, so the floor can be glued down or installed floating. It is compatible with hydronic radiant heat.

A box covers 23.32 sq ft (6 planks). Oakel City backs it with a limited 35-year finish warranty and a lifetime structural warranty. Contact us for availability and delivery times.
