Bona Prep® Recoat Adhesion System – 32 oz Spray

Bona Prep is a recoat adhesion system for polyurethane-finished hardwood floors, including aluminum oxide, ceramic and other factory prefinished floors. It conditions and prepares the existing finish so a new coat of finish bonds properly, and it removes scuffs and surface scratches rather than just covering them.

It comes pre-mixed and ready to use: spray it on, then work it in with a Bona PowerScrubber or a buffer with a conditioning pad. It dries in 15 to 20 minutes. No special training or certification is needed.

Use it only on floors that have not been waxed, polished, oiled, or maintained with acrylic or commercial maintenance coatings. Always test a small area first. For factory prefinished floors, check the flooring manufacturer's recoat recommendations.
